We got ours free, so it wasn't really returnable. It arrived defective. After repairing the defect, it works beautifully. The sound is great (although, for full disclosure, our hearing is less than perfect). The controls are flakey. Sometimes the tablet responds to them, sometimes it ignores them. I don't have that issue with other bluetooth devices that have player controls

Exactly what I was looking for. I was able to use this in my car and now have my iphone as my music player. I also tried it on a few calls and it works great! I love the built in clip design. Also works on my home stereo. So many uses for this. Happy I bought the product.

I bought this though not via Amazon. We use it in our car and there is a lot we like about it. The main points that I dislike are:
0 1: While you can use it while it charges, if you plug in the charger while it is on the Smartbean will power off. 2: Turning it off requires pressing and holding the of the play/pause button for a considerable time (several seconds.) Releasing it too soon, which is rather easy to do, causes the phone (at least for Android) to call the last number dialed. It does, at least, give an audio prompt for when you have held the button long enough for it to power off. |
